Reservation Policy
A credit card deposit of $50 per room/night is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be refunded in full in the event cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date or if the rooms are re-rented for the full length of the original reservation. If notice of cancellation is received in less than 30 days, full payment will be charged for all reserved rooms unless fully rebooked. Alternatively, this payment may be applied toward a future stay with us within the following year. Holiday or Special Event Weekend reservations may require special deposit arrangements.
